Gareth's Story
Gareth used to handle his property matters solo, but juggling work trips abroad made it tough to keep tabs on them. Unfortunately, his places got trashed by previous tenants to the point of being unlivable. Curious about the extent? Check out the video and pics below!
This left Gareth with two empty properties and a hefty mortgage to cover for months. We stepped in, taking charge of the structural revamp on Gareth's behalf. We kept him in the loop with updates every few days.
Not stopping there, we rolled up our sleeves and dipped into our own pockets to redecorate and furnish the properties. The goal? Complete re-decor and making sure quality tenants would move in this time.
Now, Gareth's got a steady rent coming in and the peace of mind that his HMO is in good hands. No more nightmares for him!
