Frustrated by the constant stream of messages from current tenants on WhatsApp and the long drives required to address issues, the property owners sought alternatives.
Dissatisfied with the local agents in Swansea, they turned to HassleFREE HMO and entrusted us with the management of their property on Bernard Street.
Impressed by the quality of our service and the transformations we had made to the property, they chose to expand their portfolio.
Since then, they have purchased two additional properties in Swansea (on Rosehill Terrace & Picton Terrace), both of which are now managed by us.
This year, they plan to acquire two more properties, continuing their commitment to working with us for ongoing property management success.

Patryk took over single property last year, he has redecorated it and made it look lovely renting it out and giving us a guaranteed income…
My confidence in him has grown to the stage I now take him to look at other potential properties and taken his advice on purchasing, location, income potential etc, I have now bought 2 additional properties with Patryk overseeing the renovations where needed , and again renting them out with guaranteed incomes..
Patryk is a totally switched on businessman who has been helpful beyond the description of his Hassle fee status . I will be buying 2 more properties this year and Patryk will manage them .
